1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FLAMTEES website and your purchase of products from FLAMTEES, Wyoming, USA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently. A person under 18 may use the store and purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and availability
We work to display product descriptions, colors, measurements and images accurately. Screens and Printful production processes can create minor differences in color or print placement. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, taxes or other applicable charges are shown before payment where possible. Payments may be processed through PayPal or Stripe-supported methods, including eligible Visa and Mastercard cards. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and FLAMTEES confirms the order.
5. Three-hour cancellation window
You may request cancellation within 3 hours after purchase by emailing contact@flamtees.com with your order number. After the 3-hour window, production by Printful may have started and the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
6. Personalized designs
When you submit text, artwork, logos, photographs or other material for a personalized design, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use, reproduce and print it. You are responsible for claims arising from material you provide. FLAMTEES may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Shipping
FLAMTEES currently ships to the United States and Europe. Products are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Printful production normally takes up to 7 days and delivery normally takes 2–5 days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather or peak-season delays may occur. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $100 or more.
8. Product issues, returns and exchanges
Because products are prepared for each order and produced through Printful, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, torn, or visibly misprinted, contact us within 30 days with the order number and clear photos. Approved claims receive a free exchange, return when required, and reshipment. The complete policy is available on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Intellectual property
The FLAMTEES name, website design, original graphics, copy and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use them without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, scrape content at scale, or use the service for unlawful activity.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. FLAMTEES is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live, including rights available to customers in Europe.
