1. Who controls your information?

2. Information we collect
Order and contact data
Name, email, phone when provided, billing and shipping address, order details, product selections and support messages.
Payment data
Payment status and limited transaction information. Full card details are handled by payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe and are not stored by FLAMTEES.
Device and usage data
IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, product interactions and referring information, subject to your cookie choices where consent is required.
Personalized design data
Artwork, text, references and instructions you choose to provide for a custom design request.
3. Why we use information
We use information to process payments, send order details to Printful for production and fulfillment, deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain store security, comply with legal obligations, improve products and website performance, and—with consent where required—measure analytics and advertising campaigns.
4. Legal bases for customers in Europe
Depending on the activity, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or based on your consent for optional analytics and marketing technologies. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie Settings.
5. How information is shared
We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the store, including Printful as our production and fulfillment provider, website hosting, WooCommerce services, payment processors, fraud prevention, customer support, shipping carriers, analytics providers and advertising platforms you have consented to. Printful receives the order and delivery information needed to produce and ship your purchase. We may also disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transfer.
6. International transfers
Because FLAMTEES serves the United States and Europe and uses service providers in multiple locations, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
7. Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Email your request to contact@flamtees.com. We may need to verify your identity.
9. Children
The store is not directed to children under 13. A customer under 18 must use the store only with permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
10. Marketing and cookies
